Date/Friend night - Scallops 2 ways

There's something wonderful about a pan seared scallop. Well, any type of scallop. In this class you'll learn how to prepare scallops 2 ways and make a delicious lemon dessert to round off your meal. Grab a friend or partner in crime and join us for ann evening of fun.

Attendees will work together to make the following:

Pan Seared Scallops

Coquille St. Jaques - Scallops in a butter wine sauce served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus

Lemon Curd

Time: 6-9pm

Class sizes are limited to 8 to allow for social distancing. Masks must be worn at all times while cooking.

We will be enjoying our meal after it has been prepared. Feel free to bring a beverage of your choice.

We require 4 participants for a class to go ahead.

Aprons will be provided to wear during class.
