art+yoga ADULTS = the best kind of healthy creativity! 

In this hour-long workshop, our yoga instructor will walk us through gentle, floor-focused poses that emphasize emotional release, lessening stress, and dropping tension. The "art" part of of art + yoga workshop will happen naturally throughout the class because all of our movements and poses will be done on a large sheet with charcoal and pastel sticks in our hands. This process, inspired by artist Heather Hansen, leaves physical evidence of the emotional work we've done AND creates a beautiful artwork. 

Space is very limited. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes that can get messy.
