What’s the difference between polenta and grits? They both come from corn so they must be the same, right? They actually differ in many ways from variety of corn to quality. In this 2-hour intensively interactive virtual class, we’ll demystify the differences between these two grains and how best to cook them. Join our chef from the comfort of your own home as we create three very different and distinct recipes from brunch to dessert featuring polenta and grits.
You can choose to make all of the items, or select the recipes you would like to cook along with your chef in real time. Either way, your chef will make sure all of your questions are answered during or after
class.
