Designed for the beginning cake decorator and those wanting to perfect their buttercream skills, students will learn proper technique and tools to apply a flawless surface of buttercream, including our methods to cold carve buttercream for crisp, sharp edges. We will make ganache and learn how to check consistency for the perfect "drip." and finish with buttercream rosettes and a fun dusting of sprinkles. Class runs about two hours. All materials, cake and buttercream supplied. Take your finished cake home with you to share with family and friends.
