🏕 Scouts PARTY

Due to limited seating, we ask that you cancel your party reservation at least 14 days before a scheduled party. This allows us to fill the spot. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you change your mind about your event within less than 14 but more than 7 days before the event, we will allow you to reschedule or offer you a credit to your account, but we do not offer refunds. You can use these credits for any future studio event or walk-in session. You will lose your deposit if the party is canceled less than seven days before the event. *We reserve the right to cancel an event due to inclement weather conditions that would make it unsafe for our staff/customers to travel to the studio. We will work with you to reschedule the party should it be canceled due to severe weather conditions. I agree to the cancellation and refund policy

There is a $90 DEPOSIT required at the time of booking your event to secure the date and time. This will be deducted fully from the total price on the date of the event. The TOTAL PRICE will consist of the NUMBER of ATTENDANTS (minimum 8 on weekends, and 5 on week days) multiplied by the LISTED PRICE BY CHILD.

Guests’ and caregivers guideline: *Due to the layout of our space, our parties/events for ages 6 and up are mostly drop-off. The Troop Leader and designated helpers are of course very welcome to stay. We have limited capacity for extra parents who are not assisting the troop. Troop Leaders are expected to communicate to the parents that are not helping your troop that this is a drop-off event. * If a parent or a relative is going to stay they will need to paint a piece of pottery in front of the store or they can explore the many area restaurants and shops in town if they would like to stay close. Due to limited space, we only guarantee a seat for those that are painting. *The front of the store remains open unless you rent out the whole studio for an additional charge. *Pottery painted will be ready for pick up one week from the date of the event after 3:00 pm. The party Troop Leader is responsible for telling their guests whether the pottery is going to be picked up by them and delivered or should the parents come individually and pick up their child’s piece. We are not responsible for pottery pieces that are left in the studio two months from the date of the party. *You can add or remove a guest before an event but please let us know as we schedule the assisting staff and prepare the projects for your event in advance.

For your troop to not get charged NY Sales Tax, you have to provide us with a printed and filled out your Troop's TAX EXEMPT FORM. The form has to be up to date and presented at the beginning of the party.
