FRIDAY NIGHT ART CLUB- 8

Due to COVID we have some new procedures. 1. Kids will be required to wear their mask over both their nose and mouth at all times, failure to cooperate and parents will be called for pickup and no refund will be given. 2. Kids may remove their mask while eating, but will need to replace them once done. 3. Kids will sanitize their hands when they arrive. 4. If your child is not feeling well, please leave them at home.

1. Activities may include painting, working with glass, glass fusing, using sharp clay tools, and possibly other sharp objects. 2. We will give guidance and supervision with each activity, but we will not be responsible for accidents that happen during camp. 3. In order for camp to be enjoyable for ALL campers, the instructors and for our walk-in customers that may be painting in the studio during camp, appropriate behavior and participation is expected. 4. In the event that your child becomes disruptive or uncooperative, we will contact you and your child will be excused. No refund will be given for that session. 5. We will do our best to complete every project scheduled. 6. Projects are subject to change depending on supply availability and the time it takes for students to complete each project within the time frame. If your child does not finish during the scheduled time, they can return during regular business hours, or will be given the necessary items to finish the piece at home. 7. Please be prompt in dropping off and picking up your child so that we can stay on schedule. If you are going to be late in picking up your child, please notify us at 828.277.0042. 8. Your child could get messy. Please be sure that he/she is dressed accordingly. 9. Only registered students can stay. No exceptions 10. This is meant to be a fun & educational experience for your child and other campers! We encourage parents/guardians to use this time as a break for both adult and child. Sorry, no adults allowed. *Please note- Painted pottery, glass, and clay pieces need to be fired in our kilns and will not be taken home the same day. Cancellation policy: If the unfortunate situation occurs that we must cancel any session that you have signed up for due to lack of enrollment, a full refund will be issued. We will give a full refund up to 72 hours prior to the first day of camp, This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 72 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. I also agree to allow Claying Around to use my child's photograph taken at camp in any promotional materials, such as fliers, facebook, instagram, or on our website.
