This hands-on cocktail class will walk you through two of the most important non-alcoholic components in cocktails and how they work unilaterally as well as in unison. Spirits expert, Christophe Bakunas, will break down sugar and acid within several classic cocktails, and you'll get a minute-by-minute personal experience in how they change, enhance or destroy your cocktail. This is a must class for the home bartender that wants to explore the nuances of structure and balance in their cocktails, and the perfect road map on how to customize cocktails for your friends who have a different palate then your own.
