Summer Art Camp 8-11 Year Olds

No refunds will be given after May 31st. Supplies are purchased in advance for each attendee. Should your child miss camp, we will gladly set aside his or her projects to be completed at a later date. Project supplies will be held for 60 days, after such time you will forfeit the right to complete them. Pottery projects will take about 7-10 days for the firing process. Clay projects will take up to 2-3 weeks for the drying and firing process. WE WILL CONTACT YOU via email/phone when the projects are ready for pick up. Once projects are ready for pick up, you will have 60 days to come pick them up. We will always leave a voicemail when calling, however we will not be responsible if we cannot leave a message due to your inbox being either full or not set up. Only registered students can stay in the designated area for Art Camp. Class activities will include painting, working with clay and other art materials. We will give guidance and supervision with each activity, but we will not be responsible for accidents that happen. In order for class to be enjoyable for all students, instructors and for our walk-in customers that may be painting in the studio during class, appropriate behavior and participation is expected. In the event that your child becomes disruptive or uncooperative, we will contact you and your child will be excused for the day. Please be prompt in dropping off and picking up your child so that we can stay on schedule. If you are going to be late in picking up your child, please notify us as soon as possible at 405-842-7770. Also, please note that if you are late in picking up your child by 15 minutes or more, we will need to charge you a $15 “Child Care Fee” unless we agree upon an arrangement prior to class starting. Your child could get messy. Please be sure that he or she is dressed accordingly.
