Ready to go bigger? Learn how to throw larger works on the wheel in this 3-week class. This class will meet Tuesdays & Thursdays, for a total of 5 classes. Students will learn how to work with 5 lbs of clay or more on the wheel, with a focus on pots. Basic throwing skills are required to take this class. Noah Miller is the instructor. The cost is $140 for non-members, $115 for members, and includes all materials and firings. Meets 6:30-8:30 pm, starting February 2. The class will not meet Feb. 16, and the last class will be Feb. 18.
For the health and safety of our customers and artists, our classes will be held under the following guidelines:* Small class sizes: there will be no more than 6 people in a pottery class* Social distancing: participants will sit 6 feet apart, unless they are family or live together* Masks: students must wear masks at all times.* Sanitation: hand sanitizer will be provided.
