This is your time to just BE! During this weekly 1 hour gathering we will share, support and hold space for each other. What is Sangha? Thich Nhat Hanh, Vietnamese Buddhist monk and peace activist, has described sangha as a community including people who are engaged in serving and bringing joy to one another, and who inspire each other to contribute. The last part of our sangha is spent in guided meditation accompanied by a singing bowl, which can facilitate deeper states of relaxation.
Dates: Thursdays 5:30 to 6:15 starting December 16th

About Rebecca :
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Rebecca Hendrix is a New York City based integrative holistic psychotherapist and writer. She completed her Master of Spiritual Psychology and Master of Counseling Psychology from the University of Santa Monica (USM). She has a coaching degree from CTI (The Coaches Training Institute). She is a certified Imago Therapist and has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. In addition, Rebecca has trained in Energy Psychology with psychotherapist Henry Grayson. She has also completed workshops and trainings with Esther Perel, Gabor Maté, Charles Eisenstein, Terry Real, Brugh Joy, Harville Hendrix, Sue Johnson, Gary Zukav, Richard Schwartz (IFS) and Deepak Chopra. She has advanced training in psychedelic integration and is training to be certified in MDMA-assisted psychotherapy with MAPS. Rebecca has been a practicing psychotherapist for 15 years. Prior to becoming a therapist Rebecca worked in the luxury goods industry in marketing, public relations and special events. She has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
