MAXIMUM capacity (including parents) for a party in our party room is 24. Ask that the children be dropped off if possible. If you are expecting more than the 20 MAXIMUM, please book your party on a Saturday or Sunday 10am-11:30am for a private studio party, and let us know ASAP

POLICY: A $50tx deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE but can be given back under certain circumstances to studio credit ONLY.. You will be charged your remaining balance in studio the day of. All parties include use of the party room for up to a maximum of 1.5 hours. A memory making assistant will have your room set up for you when you arrive. They will take care of art instruction and supervision of the chosen art project. Clay Café has deals with local pizza supplier OLD TOWN PIZZERIA. Should you be interested, please order your pizza the day before and have delivered an hour into your party. We provide plates, utensils, cups and napkins. Reminder: Don't forget food or snacks, drinks, cake, knife, lighter and candles & camera! These moments are precious and we are so lucky we were able to share in them.
