Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non-refundable. If you provide at least 7 days notice you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next two months. Any event cancelled with less than 7 days will forfeit their deposit. NO OUTSIDE food or drink is allowed during our public skating sessions. Birthday parties reserved with us will be allowed to bring a Cake (Cupcakes) Only for their party. The amount below is just the amount due today. You will be responsible for the balance of the party the day of. Please note there is a 15% gratuity added to your final bill. If paying with a credit card we do charge a 4% processing fee when paying for the balance of the party. There is no fee when paying with cash.

The Ultimate Glow room is used for your party and guests. The fee does not include drinks or extras for spectators. Any food purchased extra can be consumed by the guests or spectators invited. If drinks are wanted for additional spectators, those can be ordered and charged to the party. The endless drinks for the party are for the invited paid guests (children invited to the party). The hostess can add any additional items to your bill that will be presented at the end of the party. By checking the box you agree and understand the above information.
