Winter Cardinal Watercolor Class with The City of Ramsey

Join us in the building at Ramsey Elmcrest Park for a Winter Cardinal Watercolor Class! Watercolor is delightful, fresh, exciting, messy, delicate and tender, all at the same time. This community class is well suited to any adult who wants to try out painting for the first time, or individuals who want to expand their knowledge of watercolor painting.
