6 month membership at the little red barn

• Please purchase 1 additional sibling for each sibling on the membership. • Little Farmer’s Club bi-annual memberships are a 6 month agreement and be cancelled to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy. • Children listed on memberships are limited to immediate family (i.e. only your own children, including foster children, or any child for whom you are a legal caregiver.) • Your membership will be revoked without refund if you are caught allowing others, not authorized on the account, to use your membership, and you will not be allowed to re-enroll in our membership program. Fraud is grounds for permanent restriction from The Little Red Barn Indoor Playground for all parties involved. Cancellation • All membership cancellations require written notice of cancellation and should be submitted via email to memberships@thelittleredbarnplayground.com. • Refunds will not be provided for early cancellation of a Little Farmer's bi-annual membership unless the contract is cancelled pursuant to the Exceptions listed below. Exceptions to the Little Farmers Club membership cancellation policy are as follows: Death or Permanent Disability: The contract allows members or the member’s estate to cancel the membership due to permanent disability or in the event of a club member passing away. Cancellation is permitted at any time on either of these grounds, with no fees incurred. In order to verify and cancel the account on the basis of a club member’s passing, a valid death certificate must be provided. In order to cancel on the basis of a permanent disability, the disability must be of a kind that affects the member’s capacity to use or enjoy the club's facilities. A physician must confirm the medical condition. Upon cancellation for either reason, no further payments are required, and a prorated portion of any amount prepaid will be refunded to you or your representative once you or your representative requests the refund. Member Relocation: Cancellation is permitted if the member moves more than 30 miles away from any Little Red Barn Indoor Playground locations. In this event, no further payments are required, and a prorated portion of any amount prepaid will be refunded to you, minus an early cancellation fee. The early cancellation fee will be $100.00. Payments • Little Farmers Bi-Annual Memberships are due in full at time of sign up. When paying 6 months in full, you will only be charged for 5 months, and your next payment must be submitted on or before the last day of your membership (6 months from sign up date) to continue with your membership. • Little Farmers members have the option to pause their account for up to 4 weeks, which can be split up over the life of the 6 month contract. Any paused time will be added to the end of the contract date. Agreement Little Farmers bi-annual members: I acknowledge that my membership fees will be due in 6 months from my sign up date, and it is my responsibility to pay in person or on-line for my membership to continue. •I agree to keep and obey all rules and regulations set by The Little Red Barn Indoor Playground, and understand that if I fail to abide by these rules that my membership may be revoked without refund. The Little Red Barn Indoor Playground reserves the right to revoke a membership for cause at any time if the member fails to obey any of its posted rules and regulations, or for reasons of nuisance, disturbance of other members or staff, or fraud. • I acknowledge that by purchasing a Little farmer's bi-annual membership, I have agreed to abide by the terms set forward in this contract. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING SOCKS FOR EVERYONE ENTERING THE PLAYGROUND, WE ARE A SOCK ONLY FACILITY!
