Pictures with Mr. & Mrs. Claus

Come meet Santa & Mrs. Claus before they head back to the North Pole. During this special morning event, you and your family will be able to meet and take photos with the most magical Mr. & Mrs. Claus. 

9:00 am - 11:00 am (10 time slots per hour) Please choose the next available time slot to keep things running smoothly.

Price: $35 Family Ticket, Includes up to 6 family members. 3 Digital photos in high resolution delivered via email. *If your family is larger than 6, please email artfactoryva@gmail.com 

• Please arrive 10 minutes early before your scheduled time slot.  

If you would like Mr. & Mrs. Claus to wear a mask or a shield for the pictures, please include your request in the reservation so we can accommodate your family's needs.

Do I have to wear a face mask?
The Art Factory will follow the guidelines provided by the VA Department of Health.
We will get in touch with ticket holders if mask requirements are set  in place as we get closer to the holiday season.

Can my child sit on Santa’s lap?   
Yes, children are welcome to sit on Santa’s lap, or sit on a bench in front of the couple for a socially distant picture (your choice). If you wish Mr. and Mrs. Claus to wear a mask or a shield before you enter the studio, please include your request in the reservation so we can accommodate your family's needs.

Can I get a refund?
All tickets to see Santa are non-refundable and non-transferable.
