General Studio Parties & Events
We can accommodate your private event in our party room! This room is recommended for groups of up to 16 people. If you would like to book our party room, our requirements for your party are below:
- To reserve your party date, a non-refundable $30 room fee deposit is required at booking
- Party room is booked for 2 hours
- Party pricing is $6 per painter plus ceramic pieces
- You get to choose what your party paints! Items must be $15 or more in the party room.
- If additional hours are needed, they are $25/hr
- $100 to book studio for a private party before/after hours
- A limited color palette is offered to younger painters (ages 6 and below)
- Your party includes all pottery painting supplies and access to our helpful staff for questions and technique assistance. Our staff will explain the painting process, provide supplies, and are available throughout your visit to answer questions and help with techniques as needed. Staff members will check in throughout your party, but will not remain in the room for the duration of the event. This is not a staff lead class.
- Pieces will be bagged and tagged together for the party coordinator to pick up.
- A 15% gratuity will be added to all parties that use our party room.
Parties are Drop Off Events
We expect everyone attending your party to paint, why have FOMO and miss out on the FUN?
Children’s Parties – You are allowed up to 2 non painting parents (chaperones) at no charge. We don’t have room for other parents/non-painting guests to attend. If additional parents are at the event, there will be a $6 non-painter fee added per adult.
Adult Groups – Everyone attending is expected to paint, no non-painters please.
*A $30 non-refundable room fee deposit is required at booking to secure your time and date. If cancellation is requested two days before your event, a $15 refund will be issued. If cancellation is not given two days before the event, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your consideration of our time and scheduling.
Party Pottery Pick Up
We will wrap, tag and bag your party pieces together, and will give the party parent/host the master pick up slip, which will be ready in about a week from the day of the event. This way, the host can distribute the items as they wish on their own schedule!
*$30 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE THE ROOM FOR YOUR TIME AND DATE.
