Instant Pot Workshop - Tips and Tricks

2-Hour Workshop Got a shiny new Instant Pot?  Scared to take it out of the box??  The new-fangled pressure cookers are amazing, interesting, versatile, and so fun to use.   This is primarily a demonstration class, with some hands-on using our Pots.  Come and learn the basics and beyond as we walk you through lots of tips and tricks for starting out, and for getting the most out of your Instant Pot.  You do not need to bring your pot or even own one...we have six Instant Pots of varying sizes to give you a great introduction to a wide range of recipes and techniques.  Lots of tasting in this class too!  And we'll make some jam or lemon curd to take home! 
- Basics:  Potatoes, eggs, rice- Ribs and meats- Dips and appetizers - Sweets:  Jams, curds, flan- Meals:  Chicken Chile with roasted peppers- Cheesecake and desserts
