Reserve a Birthday Party

I understand reserving my party time slot is taking the deposit only. The deposit will be applied towards the party package price. There is a BALANCE DUE at the time of my party. By proceeding with this party booking, I assume responsibility for any damage that may occur during my rented time and additional fees may be added. By checking this box, it is my signature of acceptance. Cancellation/Refund Policy: I understand that I am holding a reservation for this birthday party and that my deposit is nonrefundable. If I need to change the date, due to a conflict, Little Bee's Play House will try to accommodate but I must let them know as soon as possible. IF I request rebook within 2 weeks of my party date, an additional rebooking fee may occur. I understand there will be a balance due at the end of my birthday party. Waiver forms will need to be signed by a parent or guardian of EACH child attending the party. Waiver link will be emailed to the party host or it will be available onsite for each parent/caregiver signature.
