Women's Dance, Healing & Wellness Session

Join Colectiva in this special offering of wellness and dance to get into our bodies, heal, move and thrive together in community! To create a safe space for attendees this is for Women identified folx only. 

Come shake out, dance out, scream, breathe, release, heal, center and invoke your inner joy during the process. We will not allow collective trauma to steal our joy or health. 

The monthly wellness and dance session includes breath-work, stretching, dance and a self-care wellness takeaway. Please note this session is for ALL BODIES -  disabled and able bodies. Wheelchair accessibility to space.  Participants are encouraged to dance, move slow or be still.
