art+yoga KIDS

art+yoga KIDS is one of our *newest* classes in the studio!

This class is the perfect opportunity for our activity artists to take up space, make big marks, learn new yoga techniques and have fun! Our yoga instructor walks them through a warm up, an upbeat yoga flow, and a cool down, all while we incorporate art on to the large paper on the floor below them. They can even choose to take their large artworks home with them at the end of class!

These classes are designed for artists ages 6+, but age suggestions are flexible. Space is also very limited. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes that can get messy.
