Your party/event is very important to the Nellie Dog Pottery team. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Please understand that when you cancel or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and customers on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, this policy is strictly enforced. If you need to Re-schedule, we respectfully request at least a 7 day notice for rescheduled events and parties. Without proper notice your deposit will not be refunded or re-scheduled. If you need to cancel your event, and give more than a 14 day notice, your deposit will be refunded.
