PARTY AGREEMENT

Please read our policy

All parties have a minimum of 8 attendees and a maximum of 15. If attendance falls short of the minimum, the group will be charged for the minimum. A 15% Gratuity Will Be Added at check-out for your Dedicated Party Assistant.

Your party is contracted for 1.5 hours. You may arrive 15 minutes early to set up. Please arrive and depart on time. You may purchase an additional half hour for $30. Please do so in advance to guarantee availability. If you go over the time limit you will be charged $30 for any part of 30 mins. (1-30 mins).

Please advise your guests that this is a DROP-OFF EVENT. Non-participants are NOT PERMITTED to wait in the main studio. You may have up to 5 non-participants stay in the party room to help with your event. The party room can only accommodate 20 people which includes the non-participants. Due to fire code restrictions, there will be a $15 fee per person if your group has more than 20 people in the room. This includes participants and non-participants.

FOOD / BEVERAGES: You may have food delivered or bring your own. Please bring your own supplies (i.e. plates, cups, plastic utensils, etc.). We ask that drinks be in disposable containers (juice boxes, water bottles, etc.). We recommend that any food be served after the art project is done.

AFTER THE PARTY: Projects will be ready for pick-up in 10 days (except hand building with clay parties which take about 2-4 weeks depending on size and thickness of pieces). The party will be rung up on one ticket and picked up by host at one time. Each piece will be wrapped and individually bagged with each child’s name. Pieces will not be release to individual participants.

Infrequently, a piece is damaged in the glazing or kiln firing process. If this should occur a gift certificate for the per-child price will be issued (no cash refunds).

A $50 Deposit is required to book your party and will be deducted from the total during final payment. Deposit is non-refundable if party is cancelled. If the party is canceled due to illness or inclement weather, studio credit will be given, or the event may be rescheduled. Cancellations must be done in person or over the phone.
