Join us for our 10th annual Valentine's Day Maker Date Brunch for 2023! Come unleash your creative side and MAKE some lasting memories. This year all of your projects will incorporate multiple maker stations to produce high quality projects you will want to show off. Get hands-on with a build your own waffle station along with an assortment of fruit & pastries. Quench your thirst with a nice selection of coffees, mimosas, wines and non-alcoholic options.

Sorry for lack of project updates, demand was larger than expected so we had to make sure we could handle the volume. Project pictures coming soon.

Maker Projects Include:

Photobooth - take a memorable Valentine's photograph

Photomosaic - use color pieces of broken glass to create a mosaic on a wooden frame to mount your picture

Welding - assemble and weld a metal stand to hold your photomosaic

Metal forming - use the hydraulic press and laser cut dies to form textured copper sheet into custom shapes

Stained Glass  - assemble and solder a stained glass suncatcher with pressed copper sheet at the center

Alcohol Ink "Fire Tiles" - use alcohol ink to create a brightly colored artwork on ceramic tile & use fire to burn off the alcohol

Woodworking - assemble, sand, and finish a wooden serving try that will hold your finished ceramic tile

FPV Car Racing - strap on a headset and race miniture RC cars around a track as if you were in the driver's seat

Your ticket is for TWO adults, age 21+ and includes all materials, refreshments, and amenities for the event. Please only order ONE ticket per two attendees.

Brunch & Drinks
This event will feature a build-your-own waffle station as well as a nice assortment of fruit and pastries. There will be a varied selection of different coffees, mimosas, wines and non-alcoholic options.

Our menu will be posted, but as it is provided by a third-party the Idea Foundry cannot certify against specific food allergens. We are happy to connect you with our food provider for specific dietary questions. Please email info@ideafoundry.com if you have dietary accommodation questions before ordering a ticket if that will affect your desire to attend. We may or may not be able to accommodate your dietary preference; cancellations will still need to adhere to the event cancellation policy below.

Because we're hosting you with wine & beer, all our activities have been made safe, but we are still a workshop environment. We reserve the right to refuse participation in any area if participants are visibly inebriated. Please enjoy your maker experiences FIRST and enjoy adult beverages responsibly!

Maker Experiences
You are welcome to spend as much or as little time at each station during the event hours as you wish to complete your project, and you can choose to skip areas that don't call to you. 

We can't guarantee you'll have enough time to participate in ALL projects depending on how long you spend at each project area and if you choose to wait in line to participate in one station instead of moving to another open station. Most guests complete 4-6 project stations. 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to make changes to the project lineup or food service if needed, without notice, but accommodations will be of the same value as those initially described.
