This is a very unique class, for those that may not know, we are offer stoneware! What is stoneware you may ask and how is it different? Well, stoneware is microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe and is fired to a much higher temperature than its counterpart (think china). This makes them great everyday use dishes.
We will be teaching you the art of mixing and combining these special glazes to get the most unique looking bowls! You will receive one 9" bowl. Bowls will then be fired here and may be picked up in one week from date of class.
We promise a funtastic time at our studio! We provide everything you need. We have juices, sodas and Jones Pure Cane Sugar soda and popcorn bags available for sale! Additionally, we now offer a full bar for our over 21 artists.
We have great music and ambiance and we give you a step by step guide to painting this project. Please get here a little early (15 minutes or so) so you can grab and apron and settle in with your friends, find a seat, grab a beverage and get ready to create your masterpiece.
One of our amazing artists will take you step by step through the details of the painting and of course help you all along the way. When you leave you will have your creation your hands.
