Masterpiece Kids Parties

1. Any Birthday Party facilitated by Paint Glaze & Fire (PGF) Host requires a minimum of 8 guests (children) participating in the creative process. Our Birthday Party Packages are specific for children up to age 18. All other (adult) celebrations are booked by calling the studio directly.  2. Due to the volume of business at our studio, our Birthday Celebration space is limited to party guests, plus 1-4 additional guests (ie siblings, grandparents etc) and are considered drop-off events UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS are made in advance.  3. Please call the studio 2 - 3 days prior to your event to confirm the number of guests attending your event. This will help us plan accordingly and ensure you have the minimum required guests for discounts. If your party falls below the party minimum, you can choose to pay the difference, or party without discounts and a designated PGF Host. Please understand this is a business policy. You will receive the best customer service either way.  4. Your party at PGF will begin and end promptly at the time you have requested. Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your reservation in time to greet your party guests. Your party area will be set and ready to go. Your reserved party time is booked for 90 minutes, approximately 60 minutes of instruction and 30 minutes of party time. (With our experience, we have found 90 minutes is sufficient.) If you plan to bring pizza/food you may choose not to open presents to allow more creative time.  5. A $25.00 deposit is due when you reserve your party date. Your deposit will be credited to your final bill on the day of your celebration. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if the party is a NO-SHOW or is NOT cancelled under the terms of the PGF cancellation policy. (Refer to our cancellation policy below for details).  6. You are welcome to bring your own dessert and beverages. Paper goods and plastic ware are NOT provided.  7. Parent/Guardian hosting the party assumes responsibility for guests’ behavior and any breakage 8. A Gratuity of 15% is included for all parties, for excellent customer service feel free to add to that total. Your PGF Host would greatly appreciated this!  9. PGF will contact you when kiln fired pieces are complete, packaged and ready for pick up. Each package is labeled with party guest's name for easy delivery. 10. Paint Glaze & Fire CANCELLATION POLICY: 'LIFE' sometimes gets in the way! We try to accommodate those situations, and do our best to change dates and times to meet your needs when available. When you cancel your party NO LATER than 4 days prior to event date a FULL deposit refund will be issued to the credit card used in the registration process. Deposits will not be refunded for no shows.
