All sales are final. No refunds or account credits. We get it—life happens. If something comes up (weather, illness, or just good old-fashioned chaos), we’re happy to reschedule your private event one time, free of charge, if you call us at least 72 hours in advance. You must call to reschedule and pick a new available date during that call. If you can't choose a new date at the time of cancellation, we’ll issue a rebooking code for the amount paid minus a 20% rescheduling fee. Rebooking codes are valid for 6 months from the date issued. Your event is not officially canceled until you receive a cancellation confirmation email from us. Important: If you choose to open your event to the public and it is added to our public calendar, it cannot be canceled once other guests have booked. Please be sure of your decision before making the event public. Rescheduling or canceling will no longer be an option once public bookings are received. Additional Notes: If we've already begun preparations (like cutting glass, tracing canvases, or purchasing custom supplies), you may be required to do the originally planned project when rescheduling. No-shows (arriving more than 30 minutes late with no notice) will forfeit all payments and rescheduling options. If you don’t use your rebooking code within 6 months, your payment is forfeited. If we cancel due to weather (rare, but safety first!), you’ll be given the opportunity to reschedule.
