Weekday Party Table Reservation for up to 10 kids
(ages 1-7 only. This is not a private event and there may be other children on the play floor. Games are not included in a weekday party. If you would like a private event, please click here for details about our weekend parties!)
Each party Includes:
- Admission for up to 10 children!
- Reserved 8' farm table for your group with 15 minutes to decorate before your guests arrive!
- 2 hours of open play!
- Party favors for all children!
- Solid color plastic Tablecloths of your choice, if desired!
- Staff will serve cake/cupcakes (must be done at the end of the event/play area will be closed to your guests during this time)
- Full staff clean up at the end of your party!
$200.00 (due at time of booking)/$15.00 for each additional child Up to 5 additional children can be added to your event! This will be taken at the start of your party time and additional spots requested will be non refundable as we are holding these spots for your guests. Please be sure that your guests are arriving before your event starts.
EXTRAS:
- Additional time $50/half hour, $100/hour-please note that this is not guaranteed when you book. If we cannot add extra time, you will be notified. Once extra time is scheduled, we require a 1 week cancellation if you change your mind. Once that time has passed, you will be responsible for extra time balance regardless of staying during that time.
- Backdrop decorating + 15 additional minutes to set up/$25. If you choose this option, we will clear off our backdrop area so that you may decorate with banners, balloon arches, and cake/cupcakes. You will have use of our cupcake stands with this option (3 white, 3 wooden, 3 metal, or 3 pink stands). If this option is not chosen prior to your event, you will only be permitted to decorate your table.
Additional information:
- Total party capacity: 25 total(includes adult and children)
- No food restrictions-please no open flame heaters or plug in food warmers.
- This party option does not include party hosts to entertain your guests. That is a weekend option only.
- Strollers will not be permitted inside the building due to space. Adults must be on the playground with children at all times.
- Socks as always must be worn inside of the playground. Please remind your guests to fill a waiver out and bring socks for everyone attending.
- Any guests showing the following visible symptoms will be asked to leave immediately: coughing, running nose, fever, rash, vomiting. Please help us to prevent health risks or uncomfortable situations to your guests by having a discussion with your guests prior to the party.
- We will ask party guests to leave immediately following the "good-bye" song so that we can pack your party up for you. The party family will have 10 minutes after the party ends to exit the building.
- Clean up will be done by our staff.
- If you are late to your party, we will do our best to add extra time, but this cannot be guaranteed if another party is booked, or we are at maximum occupancy at the time that your party is scheduled to end. Please try to be on time!

Party Policy
The total balance is due at the time of booking. Your party is non-refundable, but we know things happen (especially with kids)! If you need to reschedule your weekday party for any reason, a 24 hour notice must be given via email only. You will have 12 months to rebook your party after canceling.
You will be permitted to enter the little red barn 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to set up and decorate.
During this time, only your child(ren) will be permitted in with you. Guests may arrive at the time that the party begins. Early guests will be asked to come back at the correct time so that you can focus on setting your party up!
Your party includes up to 10 children between 6 months-7 years of age. $15.00 per child will be charged if the number of children exceeds 10 (siblings under 12 months will not be counted. You will be charged for additional children at the start of your event. This charge will be non-refundable as we will be holding the extra space. Please be sure that your guests are planning to attend beforehand to avoid over-paying.) Children over 7 will not be permitted into the play area during open play parties).
We will call you prior to your party date for a head count, please do your best to give us an accurate number of children attending your party so that we can make accommodations and ensure that your party is a hit!
We do not supply plates/napkins/cutlery/serving dishes or any other food related items. Please bring items needed!
You will have 10 minutes after the party to pack up with our help. If you go over the 10 minutes, we will add an additional $25.00 charge. We will do everything possible to prevent that from happening though, and will help you through set up and clean up so that you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience without feeling rushed! Guests will need to exit the building within 5 minutes of the party ending so that we can quickly pack your items up.
We ask that parents watch their children at all times to prevent any fighting, injuries or damage to our playground.
Any cake/cupcakes will be served during the last 15 minutes of your party. Re-entry to the play area is not permitted after cake/cupcakes have been served. While we are happy to accommodate special requests, this part of our parties is non-negotiable. Thank you for understanding!
All guest must wear socks into the playground. All minors must have a waiver on file, which can be found on our website www.thelittleredbarnplayground.com.

Vendors are not permitted inside our business during weekday parties. Characters, face painters, balloon artists, caterers, ect. are included in this.
Our party entertainers work hard to make your party amazing! Tips are optional, but appreciated!
*When booking online, you are agreeing to a 4.5% booking fee. This fee cannot be refunded with account credits, however there will not be another booking fee when using your credit for the exact price. Thank you for understanding!
