Pies - Pecan and Pumpkin (10/20)

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and there is no better time than now to master the art of two classic fillings: pumpkin and pecan!

Learn how to make a perfect, flaky, tender pie dough and practice important techniques like blind baking (and determine when you really need to or not). We'll show you how to make a delicious filling and of course, the toppings that accompany your favorite pie.

Get those rolling pins out and bake!

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Cooking Couples Oktoberfest (10/25)

While the world’s largest Volkfest (beer festival) is best known for its beer and Bavarian costumes, Oktoberfest also brings some fantastic German cuisine to the spotlight each fall. If you can’t make it to Munich, join us for an evening of our favorite dishes to pair with beer from bratwurst to schnitzel, and chase it all down with a pint or two.
